Simply eat more. By eating more I certainly didn't mean to eat like a complete maniac.

What I meant was to eat smart. Exactly, you get the picture what I meant. Eat 6-7 times a day whatever you want to eat

Now, lets talk about the quantity of food you should eat per meal.
  • 80g of carbs (whole grain or processed whatever you like)
  •  3 ounces of protein.
  • If you're craving for pizza, you can always go for a slice of thin crust with vegetables around your plate. 
  • Always eat a plate of salad before your meals. 
  • Shrink your plate size to have a full satisfying meal.
  • An ounce of healthy fats from nuts would be suffice enough.
  • A cup of any fruit or mix fruits.
 Pro tip: Use 5-6 teaspoons of oil throughout the day.

There are no restrictions to eat this and don't eat that. You are free to eat whatever you like.
